Labeling principle:

When a bottle passes through the bottle detection electric eye on the conveyor belt, the servo controlled drive group will automatically send the next label, and at the same time, the brush feeding wheel group will brush the next roll label, which will be placed on the bottle. If the position of the positioning detection electric eye is incorrect at this time, the label cannot be smoothly inserted into the bottle.


§ Institutional functions:

1. Knife disk group:

Adopting an eccentric linkage mechanism driven by a stepper motor, there is no rotation action under no bottle induction, which increases the service life and safety. At the same time, its cutting blade is easy to replace with ordinary paper cutting blades and is economical.

2. Machine group:

The whole machine adopts a stainless steel body, which is used to support the main engine and fix the conveyor belt.

3. Shrinkage furnace:

Use electric or steam heat to shrink and evenly attach the label inserted into the bottle.

4. Driver group:

Adopting a dual drive feeding mechanism, it is an essential component for fixing the central column. Whether the bottle becomes larger or smaller, simply rotate the handwheel to change the required size, and the transmission function is completed by a gear set.

5. Bottle dividing screw:

Divide the bottles to be labeled equally and enter the bottle group.

6. Bottle group:

Adopting synchronous transmission on both sides, only one handwheel is used to adjust the height and bottle clamping positioning, in order to prevent shaking and control the height of the label during bottle transportation.

7. Three color warning light:

The green warning light is on during normal operation, the yellow flashing light is on during preparation, and the red light flashes when the host is not functioning properly.

8. Center pillar:

Insert and spread the label film material, allowing it to be transported and cut.

9. Electric eye frame assembly:

Use fiber optic eye to transmit signals and provide control system for fixed size transmission. The position of the eye can be adjusted high or low.

10. Brush group:

Use a strap or rubber band to insert the bottle label brush into the positioning.

11. Brush off the group:

Using a synchronous adjustment mechanism, adjust the two sets of conveying wheels to make slight contact with the roller below the central column. When the label passes through, insert the label into the bottle at a higher speed.

12. Double material rack group:

Save material replacement time, the discharge is fed by a set of conveyor rollers and deceleration motors.

13. Conveyor belt:

Use a frequency converter to adjust the speed of the conveyor belt to match the speed suitable for various production capacities. The machine also uses synchronous control to make the bottle screw group, bottle group, and conveyor belt into a single knob speed regulation.

14. Bottle electric eye:

Monitor the bottle to the appropriate position and output a signal to automatically insert the label into the machine.

15. Feed group:

It consists of a feeding box and a feeding motor that control the tension of label feeding, used to transport label film materials.

16. Preheating shrinkage:

Used for positioning labels before entering the shrink furnace to prevent label displacement.

17. Human computer interface:

As the control center of this machine, each operation display page is divided into main table, manual, automatic, setting, monitoring, etc

Auxiliary knobs and buttons are used to operate and control the labeling operation.
